Description and benefits
An early determinate tomato hybrid with a very high yield potential. Matures in 60–65 days after transplanting. The moderately vigorous plants show concentrated fruit set. Ideally suited for mechanical harvest. Excellent vine storage and crack resistance. The jointless, firm, square-round fruit weighing 65–70 g have good shipping qualities. The fruit are bright red, with small stem scars. Suitable for whole peeling, paste and catsup. Medium viscosity and high soluble solids. Perfectpeel F1 PS is a leading multiple use hybrid in the processing tomato market in Italy. Resistant to Alternaria stem canker, Gray leaf spot, Bacterial spot, Fusarium wilt (race 1) and Verticillium wilt (all races). Recommended for open-field cultivation by transplanting and direct seeding.
